My salesman **** was amazing but the manager he didnt give me his real name was really rude and rushed me during a process and told me I need to hurry up and get the car or he will sell it to someone else. We worked with *** the general manager who worked out our deal for a 2021 Armada over the phone. When we got to the dealer, we dealt with **** our salesperson and the sales process went flawlessly since all the numbers were already done with ***. **** spent a good deal of time explaining all the bells and whistles on the Armada, explained to us the training videos were on the website, and answered all of our questions.
