They did a good job on what they did. There are 2 recalls on my Rogue. They didnt fix either one. They will call me about them. Its been months they havent called. I ordered a part for my Rogue. I had to pre pay. The part never came in and they still have my money. The audible warnings for **************, they dont make an audible sound anymore. They cant figure out how to turn them on. They cant update the navigation system maps. No explanation, there is no way to do it they say. They dont balance the tires when they rotate... read more
The customer service from the service manager was great. The auto technicians did a good job with repairing my vehicle. Only concern is that they did not have a loaner vehicle for when I had to wait a couple of days for my vehicle to be repaired. But overall, I had a good experience at ******* Nissan.
Kevin Rodriguez service advisor was very helpful and polite. Will always bring my Rouge back to Zeigler for service.
