Found a truck in their inventory I liked. Spoke with them over the phone and agreed to a price. Drove 3 hours to see it, spending $65 dollars in fuel, drove 3 hours back home and waited for them to start paperwork the following day just for them to decide they didn’t want to sell it for the price we agreed upon. Very unprofessional and now I have wasted an entire day off work plus money out of my pocket for these fucktards to go back on their own agreement.

Just bought a 2013 subaru wrx here. Transaction was pretty smooth. Was not rushed to close the deal. Ran over about 3/4 days because of my work schedule and they understood. Answered all my questions and if unsure they found out for me. I dealt with randy, joe and ed all very helpful in this purchase and i would come back for another car in the future. Thanks guys, i love my car.
Bought a car here in 2016. A very nice and expensive Lincoln. I have loyally taken the car here for servicing needs, etc... since then. This weekend, I asked for a trade-in quote at a neighboring dealership. When they ran the car history report, it came back that my vehicle had been in a major accident two years prior to my purchase, which greatly impacted the trade-in value. When you and your sales associate were discussing options he relayed that you had discussed a gold van with dark interior with a backup camera and climate control, like your last vehicle.
