I was looking for a particular vehicle. I test drove a few around my area. With terrible customer service. I asked one dealership to bring the car 7 miles to me so I could drive it over my 30 min lunch break. They refused because they were too busy with month end. And a whole slew of other bad experiences! Rob had a car delivered an hour and a half to me with a full tank of gas and said "keep it overnight and let me know what you think tomorrow!"
