Jeff and the team here at Zeigler was very good at communicating and problem solving. He didnt recommend any additional work that wasnt necessary but made us aware of options to maintain our truck based on mileage. We had a great experience!
The prices brought me to Zeigler Ford in Plainwell, they seem to be consistently lower than everyone else. (I’ve purchased a couple from them now) The salesman have been very decent to me each time as well, they have a huge selection of vehicles with a wide range of prices. I think I saw vehicles there as low as 5k even. Anyways, great experience, I’ll be back.
Purchased a used Ford F150 and Zach was very helpful and professional through the process.
Went in to the service department for a recall. Service manager was less than stellar. When I went to pick my truck up, my key fob was damaged. They somehow pealed the silver strip up 1/2", and it wasn't that way when I dropped it off. I brought it up, and was ignored. Brought it up again, and I asked if they were gonna do anything about it...the reply I received was "I dunno, you could glue it." Avoid the service department, I haven't had a single positive experience with this dealership.
I really enjoy working with Devon Rainwater. He is the reason that I come back to Zeigler Ford of Plainwell.
