This dealership is the worst at communicating. I have been trying to get details on purchasing a car for three days and they clearly don't need my business. No one responds to emails or texts. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that you are valued.
Slow service and no rental cars during covid pandemic
RecommendedIn May i dressed kinda sloppy and drove 1.5hrs to go test drive a used 4C at Valenti Hartford. I had the pleasure to do biz with salesperson : Alex Johndro. He is very knowledgeable about the car and make sure have all my concerns/qtns answered. Worst customer service from a dealership I’ve ever experienced. Tried to return a leased car today. Was told no problem, no appointment needed. Called TWICE to ensure this. Showed up today and was turned away by a seriously nasty Sales person. Even when Service said they could help Sales said NO, lot is full.
