I bought a brand new jeep two years ago, it doesn’t even have 8,000 miles now and the engine light comes on, remote start doesn’t work and there’s a recall. I’ve been calling and chatting with the “live chat” person CONSTANTLY since June- ITS SEPTEMBER and no one in the service department answers or calls back and online scheduling doesn’t have any openings. This dealership obviously doesn’t care about people with disabilities. Three of the four spots were taken up with dealership cars, and the only remaining one had the car next to it over the line so you couldn’t park. Spoke to salesperson out in the lot and his response was ‘where else are we supposed to park them?’ I’ll also be contacting the Grandville PD to get some tickets on these cars because they are so rude and view people like med with disabilities, as second class citizens. Absolutely awful service department — zero communication and completely unorganized. My experience with this service department was extremely frustrating from start to finish. I was out of the country while trying to get my Jeep serviced for a recall, and my husband and I spent three days leaving multiple voicemails without receiving a single call back.
