No, this place is a joke. Their practices are immoral and unsafe. Their service department is completely incompetent. Amanda, keeps apologizing to all of the bad reviews and makes it look like they are making an effort to correct mistakes but it's just a hollow cut and paste statement. The managers already know the problems their customers are having. They just don't care. You want better reviews? Be a better dealership!!

We had an issue with our car from another Jeep dealer and we took it to Ziegler. Not only were they courteous & helpful on the phone but the same in person. Liked their text linking to tell you the status of the repair. We are no longer interested in taking our car to the other dealer and in fact when we are ready for another car we probably will be using their sales force too. Thanks Ziegler for treating a customer like they should be.
