A unprofessional place of a business... They cannot correctly diagnose or fix your car, explain discrepancies and when pressed for a data view tell you your data has been magically wiped from and cannot find any records. Not to mention the minor inconveniences such as poor communication. If you want an update on your car good luck, ou will have to make it your full time job to get any sort of information from them. I am so disappointed. Madhi was so patient with me when I bought my BMW last year and has always followed up diligently when I have an issue. Then I went yesterday for regular service and saw almost no masks whatsoever. Worse, when I came back to pick up my car, the porter was planning on getting into my car without a mask, without washing his hands. This is completely unacceptable, dangerous and selfish. Worst experience ever. The receptionist Courtney Martin was completely rude and racist. The true definition of a Karen. Would not recommend.

Thanks BRAD! Returned my car after a week of trying to fix Service departments Failure in changing the oil properly. Car returned dirty with BIRD POOP on it. Really! Done with this service Dept.
The customer service is awesome!! Although my salesperson has been promoted to a manager, Dan B took time out of his day to check their inventory for me as well as Cary in finance. Latoya in service kept bringing me the status of my vehicle while waiting. I would have to say my experience with them was outstanding and it definitely makes me want to continue doing business with them
