The staff at this office are unprofessional. I have been working for 3 months to get a billing error fixed. I paid the expensive bill months ago. I am still getting multiple billing statements months after the office had cashed my check for this bill. I mailed the doctor's office the proof of payment. I called their billing department 3 times and escalated to a supervisor. They were not going to do anything about this issue. They kept asking for proof of payment which I sent almost a month before. Explains every question I asked
Dr. Hyderi is thorough in her explanations, prompt, and very friendly. I feel comfortable that all of my questions have been answered before I leave my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Hyderi for all foot and ankle needs.
Great doc - caring
Each time I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 45 minutes to one hour before I was even seen. She diagnosed me with mild plantar fasciitis. She only went by the XRay and MRI written report and didn't even examine my foot or review the picture on my foot. I paid 4 times and she kept billing my insurance $120-$170 every time. One time all I did was pick up a night splint I had forgotten and they still billed $170! They sent me to Physical Therapy and it made my foot worse. I had a great experience with Dr. Hyderi and her wonderful staff. I had a major surgery and had great success with my recovery. She listens to all my concerns and has a great personality too. I also Love that she is up to date on all new technology!! I would recommend Dr. Hyderi to all my family and friends.
