Called Zehrs to fix our water heater issues as they have serviced our house once before. We have a CO venting issue (which is definitely a serious emergency) and haven't had hot water in days. The day we learned of the issue we called and we're told the technician would be in touch with us. No one got a hold of us that day. We called the following day with the same questions and asked if we could be given a service window so that we would know when to be home so that the repairs could be made.
