Very disappointed in this place and would not recommend it. The place is run poorly, staff doesn’t communicate with you to tell you the doctor is running late. We waited an hour at the first meeting also with no apologies. It was not very clean. The day of the sleep study the sheets on the bed didn’t look clean. Like someone else had already used them. Mixed bag. I ended up with a diagnosis and the appropriate therapy, which is good. But I've had to endure their dysfunctional office to get it. Today I had a follow-up with Jarvis, who, as the minutes ticked by, I discovered was running quite late. No communication from staff about delay. After waiting an hour I decided to give up. On my way out I ran into Jarvis in the hallway, so I reluctantly stayed for the appointment, which lasted all of 5 minutes. It could have been an email. Dr Molin and Jeremiah are wonderful! I’ve had sleep studies done there over a 17 year period. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and very well monitored. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They NEVER answer their phones. Ive called them for 5 days probably over 20 times, left multiple messages and also emailed them. Nobody has returned my calls or emails. Never called me back for follow up, we were told at check out (with an attitude) that we have to call them but when we call they never answer. Girls in the check in and in the check out have an ugly attitude seems they rather be somewhere else rather than working there.

On first visit never saw the practitioner Jarvis Olsen as he was running over 1.25 hours late. There was zero communication from his staff to let us know there would be such a significant delay. Why bother committing to a practice that clearly overschedules their team? This was not an afternoon appointment where some delays are expected- it was at 10am. No way we can use their sleep center if we have to commit hours to each appointment because they don’t respect their patients’ time.
