If you can GET YOUR SLEEP STUDY DONE ELSEWHERE! 1 star is generous. By reading the other reviews it seems like respect for time is non-existent here. Waited over an hour for my consult that lasted 15 min. They didn’t have any of my past results from a few years ago and no apologies for running late. When making the appointment to pick up the at home sleep study machine, I asked for them to call me beforehand to let me know about my copay and insurance coverage so I wasn’t surprised. Very disappointed in this place and would not recommend it. The place is run poorly, staff doesn’t communicate with you to tell you the doctor is running late. We waited an hour at the first meeting also with no apologies. It was not very clean. The day of the sleep study the sheets on the bed didn’t look clean. Like someone else had already used them. Mixed bag. I ended up with a diagnosis and the appropriate therapy, which is good. But I've had to endure their dysfunctional office to get it. Today I had a follow-up with Jarvis, who, as the minutes ticked by, I discovered was running quite late. No communication from staff about delay. After waiting an hour I decided to give up. On my way out I ran into Jarvis in the hallway, so I reluctantly stayed for the appointment, which lasted all of 5 minutes. It could have been an email.
