Dr Molin and Jeremiah are wonderful! I’ve had sleep studies done there over a 17 year period. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and very well monitored. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They NEVER answer their phones. Ive called them for 5 days probably over 20 times, left multiple messages and also emailed them. Nobody has returned my calls or emails. Never called me back for follow up, we were told at check out (with an attitude) that we have to call them but when we call they never answer. Girls in the check in and in the check out have an ugly attitude seems they rather be somewhere else rather than working there.

On first visit never saw the practitioner Jarvis Olsen as he was running over 1.25 hours late. There was zero communication from his staff to let us know there would be such a significant delay. Why bother committing to a practice that clearly overschedules their team? This was not an afternoon appointment where some delays are expected- it was at 10am. No way we can use their sleep center if we have to commit hours to each appointment because they don’t respect their patients’ time.

Stay away. Poorly run sleep center. I do not recommend coming here. Very poorly managed. Find another sleep center. For a newer building the office is a dusty mess. Scattered equipment. Not sure why other doctors in the building are ok with this.

They do not answer their phones nor do they call back I have no idea how their services because I can't get scheduled. I've called them over the past week probably 20 times left five messages and no one answers. Move along this place obviously doesn't want any business.
