I would recommend a buyer to never purchase a home from ZechBuysHouses. This is a facelift company that does not care about the future homeowner. In the 5 months I have lived in our home I have accrued over $12,000 in home repairs that were not obvious during inspection. This company clearly knows how to pass inspection while performing the shoddiest, cheapest, and short lived repairs. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A HOME IF ZECHBUYSHOUSES EVER HAD THEIR NAME ATTACHED.
