Home poorly built, foundation, windows, concrete, and driveway cracked all the way. No patio steps installed according to blueprint. Wrong front door and garage installed according to blueprint. Ceiling cracked at joints, no metal brace installed on corners of the walls. Had home inspected for insurance claim but Progressive assured me the home is crooked and no doors properly shut, front door will not close due to frame and door being misaligned. I would recommend a buyer to never purchase a home from ZechBuysHouses. This is a facelift company that does not care about the future homeowner. In the 5 months I have lived in our home I have accrued over $12,000 in home repairs that were not obvious during inspection. This company clearly knows how to pass inspection while performing the shoddiest, cheapest, and short lived repairs. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A HOME IF ZECHBUYSHOUSES EVER HAD THEIR NAME ATTACHED.
