They are ridiculously slow and not care about customer time and ask. I asked for a photo print of size 35mm x 45mm in writing for a visa application and they printed 35 in X 45in. After raising my concern they asked me to wait for 30 minutes again and took more than 1 hour to print 3 photos. If that takes more than 1 hour they could have informed me. Not planning to use their service in the future.
