I've been to Zebra at Walnut Creek before 7 years ago, and the place has remained the same since then: welcoming, high-quality and friendly service. I'm very impressed that every employee there was friendly to me from the very beginning of the visit to the end. And since I wasn't sure if my earring holes were still open, after the piercing professional found that they were both open, they refunded me most of the labor (which I did not expect), and they also refunded the aftercare lotion since it was not needed. This place is so nice! When I first walked in I thought it was a fancy club with how busy it was. Very nice and clean and the talent here is unreal
