Admin staff cannot complete basic requests even with written, step-by-step instructions. I had to escalate just to get it done. Constant follow-up required for anything administrative. Management needs to train front-office staff or make them accountable. 24-48 hr turnaround for non-emergency correspondence/requests is acceptable. But 1-3 weeks? Sometimes, no response at all? What’s the point of having admin staff if they’re not going to respond?
Dr. Ana Sanchez-Camacho is wonderful. Her space was very welcoming and her energy was extremely calming. From the very first visit I could tell she cared about my well being and wanted to help anyway she could. I haven’t felt this grounded in a very long time and she is a big part of that.
