Ive only had my prescription two months but im super impressed. My doctor had given them my home phone, I changed that, and I rarely check it. I didnt call back to get my prescription till a week or more after they called. The rep on the phone asked me how many I had left. I said a few and she overnight my prescription for me, I didnt even ask. Highly recommend them.
The absolute worst customer service experience ever. If you have an option choose a local pharmacy and avoid them completely
I was served by Lombard Pharmacy- it was a pleasure my meds were delivered BeFORE I ran out. Unfortunately ZEAL is not equipped to pick up were Lombard left off. Every month I expect my delivery, I run out of my medication, I call in and once again the tech tells me that I am on AUTOMATIC delivery! what a joke! I am out of my meds and I will call in the morning and once again it will be a big urgency to get it to me and I will be promised its on auto delivery and guess what?
