I just wanted to let Zeal know that I sign up for my medication for the first time. I want to let you know that Robert E was so very helpful, patient, friendly and thorough with how your pharmacy works. I really appreciated him!!!
Worst customer service ive ever experienced. I was with Lombard for years for my migraine meds and they sent all their scripts to zeal. Poor choice Onzetra. Poor choice. It started with text messages. 1)we need a valid script. (Mine was good through October but ok de sends again) 2)Insurmace isn’t working (it was fine they just couldn’t get it right) 3)more Insurmace issues. First time using Zeal and thus far impressed!
Ive only had my prescription two months but im super impressed. My doctor had given them my home phone, I changed that, and I rarely check it. I didnt call back to get my prescription till a week or more after they called. The rep on the phone asked me how many I had left. I said a few and she overnight my prescription for me, I didnt even ask. Highly recommend them.
The absolute worst customer service experience ever. If you have an option choose a local pharmacy and avoid them completely
