Due to Zea's ALWAYS winning the dining venue election by landslide, my office, LSU Procurement, eagerly returned for our Christmas Luncheon today. Let me tell you that The Smothered Chicken, which is Crispy Fried Rotisserie Chicken sitting on Corn Grits and topped with an Ettouffee Sauce, will make your tongue slap your brain with delight!
