RecommendedThe food was wonderful. But they do not handle large groups very well. It took so long for us to get our tickets to pay. They had one person doing everything. Even though we called ahead of time to let them know a large group was coming a week in advance.
Ordered the fried fish from the lunch menu. It was served overly cooked to the point of being burnt. Had no taste other than a burnt taste. Worse meal I’ve ever had. One of my friends ordered the pork roast. The brown gravy with it tasted like the the canned gravy you buy. So disappointed. I’ve eaten there before and the food was good. Maybe the chef was off.

RecommendedLove this restaurant, always consistent and has great service. I just tried Brussels spouts as a side dish. I am pretty sure the spouts are new on the menu. They are simply outstanding. At my last visit I ordered crispy duck, cauliflower grits ( as delicious as the original grits) and the sprouts. That was a phenomenal meal. Thanks Zea.
