We had lunch here today with my 20 month old son who is allergic to eggs and on a special diet and my six year old. My son LOVED his rotisserie chicken and mashed sweet potatoes and my daughter loved her meal as well. Our server (Jordan A.) was excellent and didn’t blink an eye when I told him about my son’s severe egg allergy, saying he would let the kitchen know and that everything would be cleaned thoroughly So we wouldn’t have to worry about cross contamination. Very disappointed in Zea last night. Ordered take-out and perhaps that's why it was substandard. Had to call from the car to remind them to bring the food out. The Grilled Veggies which weren't really cooked to begin with were cold when they were brought to the car. I usually can't finish the GV platter in the restaurant, but the to-go portion was so small, I actually did. � Disappointing.
Not too impressed with the food, but service was great.
It was an outstanding dining experience. The waitress was very courteous and checked on us often to ensure everything was ok. My wife enjoyed her spinach dip appetizer and I thought the Mediterranean hummus was outstanding. She was impressed by the Thai ribs and I enjoyed my shrimp and pasta. I finished the meal with the sweet potato bread puddle mg which was fabulous. All in all, we throughly enjoyed Zia’s.
