Zbroz products are the best! Just swapped out my stock A-arms & spindles on a 2016 axys to their chromoly arms & billet spindles, love them. Looks great and functions flawlessly, I love Zbroz!
They never answer the phone email back or anything very poor customer service
Installed a full X1 ski and coilover kit. Absolutely amazing! Been extremely impressed with the improvements to the ride quality and being less fatigued at the end of the day! Excited to throw on the TMotion lockout this week! It’s a game changer for the XM and Gen4 chassis’s!!!
Product looks good, but can not get customer service. They sent the wrong part for my year on one of the parts. I don't think I should have to modify a part that I just bought. No phone call or message back. This all after I had to call them to get the parts shipped in the first place. Never like to be the one to complain but!
Great stuff. Have the HC arms and R Rods. Work real nice here on the lobster coast where granite and spruce kill everything stock on RZR’s.
I live close to there shop so I deal mostly face to face but the times I have called it's like pulling teeth to get someone to answer. My buddy works out of town and had ordered a rear bumper for his gen 4 ski doo from them which they sent a 154 when he ordered a 165. I have been dealing with getting the right one from them for 3 weeks and just today I went in and was told 3 to 4 weeks by Dan. Unfortunate review Nate Robison but it did kick our team back into customer support gear. It's awsome but tough for our sales reps when snow season hits - lots of phone calls, emails, walk in customers, etc. By far October thru April is our busiest time of year. Dan is actually a very talented sales manager and works very well with customers and dealers. And just a great overall person.
