huge waste of my time. no offense to Dr. Zbik, but I found his methods super unhelpful. if you want to spend the session with your eyes closed repeating pointless phrases, this is the therapist for you
Dr. Zbik’s approach was unlike anything I’d tried before. If you're looking for someone to simply listen, he might not be the doctor for you. But if you want results and a different approach to dealing with past or present trauma, he's worth a shot. It worked for me.

This doctor was recommended to me by a friend. We started our EMDR session and everything was going great, very relaxed, and doing well as the session progressed. However, as we were getting toward the end, he said an extremely vulgar and disgusting “joke” to me referencing vibrators. Being that I was so relaxed, this caught me completely off guard and honestly I was in shock by what he said. And so much so, that I finished the last few minutes of the session and left.
