We went to our local Zaxby’s after placing an online order for almost $60. My husband came back missing the main part of our order which was supposed to have 20 tenders Texas toast and tater chips. Went to Zaxby’s on 2275 Whiskey Road, Aiken SC 29803. Customer Service is horrible.
Dreadful!
Zaxbys in Grayson Gs stole money from my son and his friend. Then they lied to them about bringing his meal. His friend got upset and knocked over a sign. My son never did any thing but keep asking for his meal or his money back. They called him a liar and mocked him. I call the store to get clarity on what was happening and the workers was disrespectful to me as well!!! It took everything in me not to go out hands on every person there! Slow the employees care more about the tons of food they are walking out with then there customers.
