Zaxby's in Sugarhill needs employee and management training. They consistently leave out items from your order that they have charged you for although you have them repeat it at least twice. Yesterday was the last straw, they did not give us the Fajita Quesadilla nor any of the sauces requested and they charged us for an extra drink. Your wings are TINY!
Do not go to zaxby's drive thru nothing but pot holes it damage my car the one on Montclair road in irondale.
This review is not for any particular location, but for the menu. I'm just complimenting the new Lemon pepper chicken sandwich, which I think is so delicious. The lemon pepper seasoning is spot on and TANGY! I like that it is paired with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I hope it's a keeper on the menu...GOOD JOB!
I drive all over the state of Georgia and neighboring states....I have noticed that if I go before 12 to beat the crowd....I will get leftovers reheated wings or tenders from the day before....but around 1pm they start selling fresh food....I know 100% what reheated chicken tastes like and is bad...we all paying for fresh food....I belive this is grounds for something that you will find out soon in a letter....
