Not only is the food so tough it’s like a work out for your jaws, but the portion size for what you spend is totally outrageous! What has happened to this franchise!?!
Cuss out by this young lady manger than telling me to go another place to eat because I asked for someone else to take my order this young man that was could not understand me for some reason
Will never go back to Zaxby’s 5350 Campbellton Fairburn Rd, Fairburn! Food had no seasoning. TRASHED it!! Order was wrong; ordered lemon pepper; got regular fried. Called the manager and she said she would tell her staff to do better! I usually take stuff back if it’s wrong, but I did not. Too disgusted! I took the $20 loss.
The Zaxbys period is a joke. I placed an order through the app in Huntsville Al on North Parkway 8/30/25 for a chicken quesadilla plus used my points for free nibblers. I spent 30 and only got the nibblers. I called the store and Manager said there nothing they can do it’s a door dash problem. Zaxby's in Sugarhill needs employee and management training. They consistently leave out items from your order that they have charged you for although you have them repeat it at least twice. Yesterday was the last straw, they did not give us the Fajita Quesadilla nor any of the sauces requested and they charged us for an extra drink.
