Food was definitely good. The kicking chicken was delicious. The buns however could have been like a brioche type or maybe a multi grain bread. Something to absorb the finger licking sauce.
I recently placed an order from this location and received two “Wings & Things” meals that were not only overcooked, but also missing the extra sauces I paid for. The wings were (hard) dry, lacked sauce entirely, and even the new dry rub option looked neglected, no seasoning, no flavor. The only thing remotely edible was the toast. I attempted to call the location multiple times to speak with a manager and express my concerns, but no one answered. Loveeeeeeeed the customer service, never disappoints!
The food, especially the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla is fantastic. I wish Zaxby's would have it year round.
