I went to the drive through to get food for myself and my family. The guy that took my order was kind and polite. When I went to pay I wanted to use some of my rewards points to pay for my salad. The salad I wanted was half off, but I had enough points to get a free salad. The manager told me that his computer system would not allow me to use my points for a free salad, but that I could still get a half off salad because of the deal going on.
