The food was good. Grilled chicken with a house 🥗. 2 veg egg rolls. The salad dressing was a bit boring until I used the sweet and spicy sauce, which made it amazing 👏. Really clean and friendly staff once they notice you standing at the cash. (Was talking/hugging another employee while her back was turned to the customers).
I placed an online order for 2 chicken finger plates, buffalo shrimp, and cheddar bites. I arrived 20 minutes later only to wait 25 more before I received my order. When it was opened at home, all of the food was cold, food was missing, and they put sauced shrimp in a freaking fold-top, cardboard, unlined box that had leaked sauce over everything in the single bag it was all placed in. This is now the 3rd time our orders have been screwed up on more that 1 level., BEWARE!!!
Our visit to Zaxby's featured GREAT customer service. From Kennedi taking our order through Alexis delivering our food and checking up on us, The food is always good as well!
Outrageous prices...Get a grip people!
