This was my first experience at a Zaxby's and wow, it was terrible. I feel bad for the chicken who died to make the strips I ate. They were rubbery and dry and had been clearly sitting out under the heat lamp for hours. The worst part was that I paid $11 for this junk! Only reason I tried them was it was Sunday and Chick Fil A was closed ... never again. One of my worst fast food experiences by far.
I don’t even want to know what was going on in that kitchen for this gnat to get in my drink, but I suggest you guys thoroughly check your drinks to make sure there’s nothing in them before you leave.
Horrible customer service… doesn’t exist
