Ever since they did their renovations the service has dropped drastically. Understandable the drive thru was busy, so I went inside to order. I ordered a 20 count chicken finger family meal with 2 large, waited 30-45 minutes to only receive a partial order. Given the manager attempted to make it right, however by that point I was done and demanded a refund with receipt. Only reason I am posting here is because they didn't provide me a receipt that allowed me to send my review/survey directly to them. This I posted here
They can’t get orders correct!
I had visited on Sunday (9/14/25). I ordered a chocolate milkshake and the new Buffalo chicken tacos with blue cheese crumbles. The tacos were very good. The presentation was very nice as well. The workers were fast and kind as well. I will definitely visit again!
Cold in the store but mason is a good worker
Food was hot and delicious, service was great and atmosphere was nice
