AWESOME SERVICE LEGAL SERVICE OF TENNESSEE
I love Zaxby's and im so happy to finally be living closer to one. I used the drive-thru at this location, so I didn't experience the inside. The person speaking in the mic was hard for me to understand, so I had to have them repeat themselves many times. All drive-thru locations should require the employees to speak at a moderate speed, and to speak their words clearly. People visiting from other areas may not be used to the local accent, so it would help a lot. The food was delicious, as always.
Spent $100 on food for a mobile order just for everything to be cold and taste old , missing a kids meal, a dessert and a drink, had to drive 15 mins back to the location just to retrieve our things and those items cold too! This location is beyond lazy and doesn’t know a thing about hospitality. I’d rather take an extended drive to another location or skip out on Zaxbys as a whole.
Yall should take food stamps since you’re serving food I have to finish cooking at home… What self-respecting Zaxby’s serves undercooked fries?? Don’t go in the evening time, or at all, for that matter. The quality of food decreases significantly in the evening time… I had to come home and throw the fries in the air fryer… ordered an extra piece of bread that was cold, hard, and had a strange before & aftertaste to it… They close at 10, I was there around 9:15… I wasn’t there that close to closing time, so what’s the rush?
