Coming here has become a last resort for lunch goers in this area because of the sorry crap attitude from the young man working the drive thru all of the time. He looks like he would rather be eaten alive by ants then smile or say anything remotely pleasant or even professional. Everyone at my work has a negative story about him to tell. We are in customer service ourselves and we get dealing with people is not the most fun, but dude, get a different job if you are that bad with people.
Waited for 30 minutes and the service was terrible. Inside was completely empty and still no one helped us. Once we got our food, it was completely wrong. Waited 15 more minutes until we left. Everyone was so unhelpful and worst service I’ve seen in a long time.
I've gone here enough to feel bad about posting this review but lately the staff or service has just absolutely gone down the drain I recognize the same few faces in there that I always do but the service is way worse. I placed an online order consistently for a few months now on and off for the same meal you every single time, the loaded bacon cheese fries. Needs to do way better.I don't even know what to say other than that. I could list everything that seems wrong but let's just say everything. Apparently new management is in order? Love Zaxby's. Won't bother stopping at this one for a while.
