This place is the absolute worst. Every time I come here the wait is always long. I sat at the pickup window for 15 minutes after getting my drinks and when they finally brought the food it was lukewarm. Never enough staff and the attitudes are terrible.
The food is always cold. I’m not ordering from this place ever again. They also have the worse customer service. There’s always lazy people taking your order.
The other night when we had a storm outside with thunder and lightning with pouring rain they sent an employee out with an umbrella and iPad to take orders. VERY DANGEROUS. I could NOT believe what I was seeing.

If you want Zaxby’s, just go to Epps Bridge Pwky instead. We only came here because we were on this side of town. The employees here do not acknowledge you at all. The food quality was okay, but we waited over 20 minutes - and we watched the employees just socialize with one another. There was possibly a manager in the dining room sitting down in the very back and she started hollering loudly to front counter people (surely it was playfully, but it was not necessary).
