I visited this Zaxby’s on Broad Street in Sumter on 8/17/25 around 7PM and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Zaxby’s. The manager on duty was openly rude to both customers and her employees. Instead of working alongside the team, she stood around barking orders and belittling people, creating a toxic and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone.
