THEY NEED TO CLEAN THEIR DRINK MACHINES AND TEA CONTAINERS THEY ALSO NEED TO CLEAN THEIR ICE MACHINE OR USE DIFFERENT WATER BECAUSE IT TASTED DISGUSTING. ALL MY DRINKS TASTED LIKE THERE WAS DIRT IN IT AND THERE WERE THINGS FLOATING AROUND IN MY SPRITE LIKE DUST/DIRT. DON’T GET A DRINK HERE AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE IS DIRTY BACK THERE.
I stopped by the Zaxby’s drive-thru around 8:30 p.m., and the experience was unacceptable. The employee at the window actually threw my drink at me instead of handing it properly. I was shocked at how rude and careless that was. Mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for treating customers that way. Management really needs to address this kind of behavior I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.
