Enjoyed my salad tonight and the fries were fresh and hot without even having to ask. Great experience and friendly service. Will definitely be coming back.
First time eating at Zaxby’s at this location and it was fantastic! Patrick was very helpful and recommended the new Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and it did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly, and my fries were hot and seasoned perfectly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I can’t wait to come back.
Came in this evening and had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh, the service was quick and accurate, and the team was welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back.
My toast was hard as a brick, (it literally bruised my partner's hand when I gently hit him with it to show the hardness.) The chicken was ice cold on both my plate and his salad. When I called back to report the issue, the manager on duty took my information, said, "I'm sorry" and hung up on me...
