Poor leadership. Poor communication. Tables dirty.
The first incident I had was when I went to pickup my mobile order I got to the speaker and say my name and get the response back “OH god!……..you can pull forward” I was automatically feeling disrespected I will never go back but on top of that when I pulled forward I got met with a brown skinned short women with a head scarf meant to sleep in I don’t think that was healthy nor acceptable or sanitary for a work environment when I got home with my food I realized they didn’t sauce my fingers which I payed for and got 0 extra ... read more
Probably the worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to. First, the staff were incredibly rude. The lady on the intercom kept interrupting me. Every time I said something she cut in. There were no manners at all. When I got to the window and got my food I said thank you and she slammed the window. Secondly, the food was horribly cold and stale. Like it had been sitting pretty much all day. I don’t want anything out of this review, but this location needs to train their staff better.
You guys should really change the time on Google. It says on here that it is open at 10am but on the door it says 10:30am. I've already seen three people including my self try to go through drive-thru just to find out your closed. Other than that food is awesome but staff could have a bit of a better attitude instead of sounding like we inconvenience them for ordering food.
