The employees are incredibly rude. If you hate your job so much, find another one.
They obviously prioritize the drive thru over the lobby. The wait in the lobby at 12:45pm was over 15 minutes after ordering.
I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received from Ebony at your store on Signal Mtn in Chattanooga on March 18, 2026. During my visit, I approached a staff member Ebony about my change given back was incorrect but Ebony was dismissive and unwilling to help. I waited for my money to be handed back that was missing.
