Customer service was S tier and the buffalo chicken was gas

I love this place. It's definitely great food but the most important thing is that it's great people! I've had a couple hiccups with this just horrible Zaxby's app
Waited AT SPEAKER in drive thru 14 minutes before my order was taken. 4 cars got out of line and left while I was patiently waiting. Pay window was quick. When I got up to the window (door) to get my food I waited another 15 minutes. The chicken was small and hard, fries soggy, and the toast was like rubber. Never again!! The young man who brought my food to the car was very kind and apologetic.
We have given this location too many chances. Every time we get fries they are never fresh and always dark, hard, and oily. Please clean y’all’s grease. Never again.
