Waited AT SPEAKER in drive thru 14 minutes before my order was taken. 4 cars got out of line and left while I was patiently waiting. Pay window was quick. When I got up to the window (door) to get my food I waited another 15 minutes. The chicken was small and hard, fries soggy, and the toast was like rubber. Never again!! The young man who brought my food to the car was very kind and apologetic.
We have given this location too many chances. Every time we get fries they are never fresh and always dark, hard, and oily. Please clean y’all’s grease. Never again.
My go to place when I don't want to cook. Love their chicken fingers and fries. They have the best fruit punch.
Ordered online. Got here at 8:03pm. We were 3rd in line until the person in front of us decided to leave. At 8:09 we pulled up to the box. I was addressed by hold on a moment. I replied I'm have a pick up from an on line order. 4 customers have left the drive thru since I've been sitting here at the box. I don't understand how this place keeps customers.
