Probably the worst Zaxbys ever… Order online for drive through pick up and wait 15mins for them to bring out my food. I tell her I still didn’t get me drinks and she goes “oh you didn’t get your Diet Coke” and starts looking inside my car… I say what? No I ordered 2 teas and then I look at the recent to find out it’s not even my order. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a salad, 2 kids meals and my teas.

Incorrect orders and not giving correct sauces or amount almost half the time. Edit: food is cold too, I have it in the oven now. For $13 I should've cooked at home. Never again. Edit 2: went to zaxbyslistens like the store said to do to have the "issue corrected". After filling out the brief survey, it just concluded by saying "thanks for the feedback". Nothing was corrected and they got their free survey...

I came here and used the restroom and was going to order food. An employee, a young African American girl with braids working on the grill did NOT wash her hands. Disgusting. Zero starts and won’t be eating here. She left the bathroom disgusting as well.
