Well, where do I begin? So I go today to get my order as I do now every so often. Which to know me is to know I have frequented Zaxbys a lot in the past. However, since the old staff from 2021 to 2024, no longer works there the service, the food quality, and just the overall ordering experience has drastically decreased.
