We were very let down at this particular location. We were here at 5pm. I didn’t even bother taking pictures. We ordered the cashier was friendly but that’s about it. No enthusiasm like most of the Zaxbys we come too. The chicken was warmish. Usually our chicken is hot enough we have to wait to eat. That’s how it should be. Cheese bites were hardly even warm which made them rubbery. French fries were hot. Tables were all dirty. We had to wipe one off to have a cleanish place to eat. Very disappointed with this location. Great food, not so enthusiastic staff but for the job done, tables could be a little cleaner. Always a place to sit and bring a hoodie, it's always a little chilly. Quiet and plenty of room to sit and eat.
Online reflected that they close at 10 pm. I arrived at 9:00pm 9/22/26 and they were closed. And was given an explanation.
