I used to not like Zaxby’s. Then I started coming to Cedar Bluff. All the managers are super understanding and quickly fix their mistakes. All of the people at the front counter always greet you with a smile and make sure you get exactly what you want 🌟🌟
Smallest portions of any zaxbys I have ever been to. How do I order a 6 finger plate and get 9. Yes 9 French fries. Wat the heck is that. Then have a hair wrapped around one of the fingers. Yall need to get it together this is ridiculous
This was the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to, the service was horrible when I was ordering the girl was half listening and said something completely different then what I ordered and when I asked for extra sauce they practically threw it at me and rolled there eyes. The food wasn’t even hot and the table had bugs everywhere!
I came here yesterday with my family for the first time ,star did an amazing job, outstanding service! was patient with us and went above and beyond with helping us ! Love her and we will be here often from now on !
Food was fresh and great. Service was amazing, Kathy answered all my questions and was polite and friendly the whole time. Deserves a raise ! Best Zaxbys in Knoxville.
