Good food as always and the service was good as well!
Today was not a good for us at Zaxbys. We usually go through the drive through to get our food. But decided that since we would be making a kind of large order today..that we would go inside to order. My daughter ordered for herself and her three kids. Gave her name "Chasity" but the cashier clearly had another name on the order. She had to give the order to the cashier about two to three times more times before he got it right.. The manager named Tracy is more interested in talking over customers than trying to fix issues. Sent me a "meal deal" with no fries then said i ordered extra toast instead of fries. I did no such thing. The meal states it comes with fries by default. She also refused district manager or franchise owner contact info.
