Cinnamon leaving doomed this place. Mark my words - once Chick-fil-a moves in across the street, Zaxby's will be out of business within 3-6 months. Every time, they have SOMETHING missing from the order. An 8-ounce sauce cup is a foreign item to the restaurant, but is available on the app. The app always freezes. I am genuinely pissed. I’m traveling through and I ordered online a six piece meal with a kids meal and coleslaw. I also ordered extra sauce on the side. The only thing that they are correct it was a kids meal which applause to them because it’s literally just chicken fingers and fries. All of my food was cold in my six piece was a three piece.
