They have the rudest drive thru people, the management obviously does not care. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone
Very friendly service and delicious food.
Everyone loves Chick-fil-A, myself included, for the customer service, speed, and food quality. Zaxsbys on Archer Road was just as good as Chick-fil-A today. Chicken TLC sandwich and fries were fresh, crispy, and not thrown together. Deja was super polite, and professional. Thank you!
Chicken was just ok, but the fries were soggy and not crispy and were very salty. Texas Toast tasted stale.
I honestly think this place thinks they will go broke if they give you sauce for your chicken and fries. if you order a tender plate with fries you will either get a ranch or a zax sauce but you will not get both even if you ask for it. They act like they think the sauces are gold bricks. You are better off ordering a critter plate from Texas Roadhouse for the same price and you get all the sauce you want along with fries and a salad.
kids enjoyed there meal, will definitely be back for more..
tell me how we had to wait 5 minutes on fresh fries just to have half the order missing fries. this place continues to fail every time.
