I always go here . All the time . But this is the 4th time it’s happen. Every time I order boneless nuclear wings I get them fresh , where the sauced doesn’t look or taste like it’s sat there for a while. I got a left over batch I assume and it tasted nothing like the right kind . My boyfriend worked at zaxbys for a long time and he confirmed those were old . It’s happened 4 times to me. This is nasty no one wants food if it’s like that.
I placed a mobile order for the simple fact that it was convenient and I had 2 small kids sick in the car that I did not want to drag out into a public restaurant. I placed my order only to be told that I had to come in and get it. What is the point of having a mobile order option? If I wanted to talk to someone face to face then I would’ve ordered at the restaurant and if you can only pick these orders up inside the restaurant then maybe that should be reflected on either the App or Website so people like me who now cancele... read more
I did an online order today and it went to the wrong zaxbys it went to woodruff but this location honored my order!!
I ordered a salad with no tomatoes. Order was repeated back to me with no tomatoes...guess what? It had tomatoes. It's a good thing I am not allergic to them

I just went and got dinner from here and found this wad of hair in my food. Usually I have good experiences here so I’m surprised to find something like this in my food. Hopefully it was just a one time slip up.
Very dissatisfied customer. I tried to order fried mushrooms tonight, had to repeat myself 3 times and yet I still ended up with fried cheese bite... how that got confused not really sure. Either the employee they decided should be on headset is hard of hearing or just plain ol' incompetent. The kitchen staff as well, because I also ordered 3 nibblers with wimpy and Zax sauce and got tongue torch instead.
