Just tried 2 of the new sweet and smokey sandwiches and I couldnt even finish mine it was so bad. The skin was falling off the flavorless chicken, the lettuce was wilted and soggy, and the 'smokey' sauce was mayonnaise... Didn't even give it to my dogs...

I went Sunday with my daughter around 2:30 and waited in the drive thru for 30 min. Unbelievable....no apology or anything.
