Order a 20 piece chicken finger and house salad with fried chicken. No Zaxby’s sauce and 20 piece fingers were over cooked. Sometime this store on Hartley Bridge in Macon Ga., is hit or a miss. Called back and I believe the girl laid the phone down and started a conversation with someone else. That’s ridiculous. A rolled of the dice at this store! It use to be a good store. So sad.
good food service not bad but when you order a chicken fingers plate and normally I want the sauce on the chicken but this time wanted it on the side and they wanted to charge for what you normally get. Bad policy the plate is expensive but this is over the top no more for me until policies change
If i could give it no stars I would. We ordered a 20 piece boneless and when we had gotten home and opened the box, there were only 10 ONLY 10. My brother and I were gonna have the 20, but how were we gonna half 10. I will not be going back to this Zaxbys for a while or at all.

Do not eat here I found a roach in my salad and when I asked to speak with a manager all I got was a illiterate Mexican lady with very limited English who was no help at all. If you care about your health do not eat here.
Horible drive theu girl was rushing us the whole time. We get to the window she's anarchy and has an Attiude. Hands me my food "have. Good day" uhm , well where's my milkshake? She was beyond rude! Defintley should be taken off drive thru. She rushes people and has an attitude.
Great Salad!! Service was Fabulous thanks to Dominique!! Will plan to be back!
