Called in an order, sat through drive thru for 15 minutes only to get up to microphone and it said you have to walk inside for call in orders! Guess what? Door is locked! Called and the girl told me to park and she’d bring it out but she never did so I called again and now they say I have to go through drive thru yet again. I have now wasted 40 minutes on this order! Beyond upset and I eat at this Zaxby’s several times a week.
Asked to pull up to wait next two cars had to pull to side to wait . Waited 20 minutes for food,use to be a lot better last few times not so good
Very fast and friendly service, had the Cajun chicken club, was great
food was way overpriced and workers don't speak English very well....when I asked for management she said she had no idea where the manager was. terrible food...spent almost 20.00 for wings (5wings) and 6 chicken strips and had to throw it all away..wont ever go back
Fast service and tasty chicken tenders - my goto place for a quick bite!
