This is the only Zaxbys that my husband will eat at...now I see why. Excellent service, friendly employees! Cause that one on Buena Vista Rd, TERRIBLE. My daughter and I went there tonight and guess what, they tell us their chicken tenders are not thawed out and it will be 30-45 minutes ��� y'all will be closed by then. Then when we drive around, they all laughing as if it's funny. How can a chicken place not have chicken available. But I'll most definitely be calling in the am. Giving 4 stars because this usually doesn't happen for me at this location. BUT I wanted to let ya know waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and got home only to find out I did not receive the entirety of my order. Boooo.
The food is awsome I love the wings and shakes. Yummm

After waiting in drive Thur 20 mins was told we are only doing cash today. Why didn't you walk out and tell everyone waiting cash only. NEVER going back!
