I was waiting for more than 30 minutes for my order. When I came home I discovered that I had a chicken finger sandwich and not a grilled chicken sandwich as ordered. Now with gas prices so high, it doesn't make sense to drive 3 miles back to the store. It was a disappointment.
I had a great experience at Zaxby's! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was correct. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and everything tasted great. It's always nice to find a place that consistently delivers both quality food and outstanding service. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Went through the drive thru. Order taker was super nice. Super fast! Food was super hot & fresh! Fantastic experience!
This was the best Zaxbys I’ve had in a long time. Wings & Things meal was so fresh. You could definitely tell food hadn’t just been sitting under a warmer. The staff was really friendly as well
