The young lady standing outside today taking orders around 1 pm must have been having a bad day ,and so was whomever the young man tga3t was standing outside. I felt so unappreciated considering the price . I mean $12 from 5 wings a 10 fries ,I was hoping I was paying for customer service as well . Won't be going back to this location, I will cook my own . I do it better
The chicken fingers were very hard like it had been sitting for a while. Order extra fries with the meal and did not get any. The bread was hard and was no way to eat it. The order was not right. I hope they can do better next time
New review, this is sadly the 2nd time ordering From zaxby went wrong but this is a new one for me all the fries tasted undercooked and all I ordered was fries.
Went by today 9-13-25 around 10 pm. Food was cold and when we got home they did not give us our sauce. No napkins no forks. Paid $60 for poor service.
