I went into The store to grab me a bite to eat before work. The guy took my order gave me a cup and told me it would be up shortly. Four people came in after the meeting. Got their food and left. No one said nothing to me the whole time about my order manager walks up to me and asked me what my order was and the name that was on my order I told her and come to find out my order was never made or someone so-called took my order so I asked for a refund because I was late for work waiting on my order
I'm not sure why, but like 50% of the time I order here, they get my order wrong. I ordered a Great 8 meal and got the boneless wing meal instead (which is less wings than I paid for), and they never season my fries at all. My bread was also stale and hard.
Went in this time to eat. It was still as good as always.
