I have not had an issue with this location. I love the Zalad grilled chicken. My husband loves the onion rings. From reading the comments below it sounds like a human errors.

I just left this Zaxbys and i am so disapointed because they gave me old cold soggy wings. I can tell the because mu boyfriends are hot and fresh.
