120 pieces of chicken at the party and NO sauce for the platter. That is the only thing that makes it worth eating! Why is sauce a constant struggle with you guys? I asked! I specifically asked what sauce came with it! Two 8 oz I was told, one was to be Zaxby's and one tongue torch!
This is what my daughters juice looked like upon arrival to my home this is absolutely unacceptable

Went there tonight, went through drive thru. The lady taking my order was extremely pleasant and then when at window the rest of the employees were smiling and commenting on how pretty the sunset was. Really made my day after a crappy one! Great job!!
Too pricey to have poor service and then prepared the order wrong. $12 wasted.
I like Zaxby's food and service is good.
