I completely understand things getting busy especially on a holiday like Father's Day but I just waited in the drive thru line for 50 minutes. No one seemed to have any kind of urgency or have any knowledge of what was ordered. Very frustrating, and even with all of this time to make sure things were right, incorrect orders were still being handed out. Very disappointed. Just came in with a $30 order and it was awful. I threw the entire meal away. Chicken tastes like it was either over cooked or cooked in old oil and it was rubbery. Coleslaw was dry as a bone, with zero juice in the container. Fries were cold and overall tasteless. Unfortunately the only positive from this experience is the staff were friendly and attentive. Maybe today was extra busy with the holiday and all, but Zaxbys Liburn was particularly nasty at 2:15p today. Maybe the floor sweeper took today as a holiday. Maybe the table cleaner took the day off. Whatever the reason, they get poor marks for cleanliness today.
If i could give it less than one star i would. Food took 30 minutes and still came out wrong. Manager tried to fix my issue but food still had to be remade
It won't let me upload a picture but I just bought I salad from your location that is quite disappointing. Won't be visiting this location.
Well this was pretty disappointing, the meal I received from the drive thru not only was it cold it had 10 cold fries and 3 tiny tenders that if you actually combined them together would make one tender anywhere else and they were cold!! Then I called the store and asked for manager and was put on perma hold!! Never came to the phone!! Very disappointed that this was the meal I thought about all day!!
I just ate there today and there was a nasty hair in my salad.
Chicken finger plate.... I love it!!! Spice chicken wing are my favorite.
