Chick fill a is so much better.
Last time we stopped here we asked for no seasoning on a couple of our fries orders and they didn't do it. This time my husband's wings were overcooked (brittle bones and dried out meat) and my kickin' chicken sandwich barely had any sauce on it. About to give up on this location.
I have been going to this location for years. The past year the place has gone down hill. Don't go on Sundays because they are always out of something or make your order wrong.( one time no plates, no boneless wings, no lettuce except for the zensation salad. Put a really hot sauce on my chicken and then laughed at me when I brought it back almost like they meant to do it). I went today because I was in the area and the kids wanted it. Lately is been horrible...bad service not all employees tho. They have been getting orders wrong more than once. And it’s so disorganized & dirty inside. Very disappointing these last couple of months �
The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I am always satisfied with the food. However, this Zaxby's ALWAYS has the LONGEST wait time to order food, ESPECIALLY on Sunday's. The managers need to staff more employees and/or hire more employees to handle the business. I have waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and there are still multiple cars in front of me and I still haven't reached the speaker box. Worst place ever. Just got told by a manager named, Tiffany, that I could not return to this location. My friends and I had just entered and were going to order as she approached us. The reason she provided was because an employee named Ana Gonzalez is sensitive and takes everything to heart and feels threatens by us coming there to eat. The people here treat the guests like shit and then wonder why they dont have any customers. I suggest going to spend your money somewhere else. smh
Just came in with my mom and children for lunch. The wait to order was ridiculous and there were dirty tables throughout the dining room. When we were finally able to order we were told that they were completely out of french fries, after ordering we learned that they are also out of Coke and napkins. We had to ask for lids for our drinks. I understand having a lunch rush, but you should be able to keep staples and main menu items in stock.
