Poor customer service....laziness. ordered a salad for dine in & they came in the plastic 'to go' bowls. Then I get some lame BS about them not having any bowls washed... If that were the case, why did the salad after mine come out on a dine in bowl?

Unprofessional people! Forgot my child's food, and then we home, no silverware, no straws, my youngest grill cheese was not a grill cheese due to the fact the cheese was not "melted"! I will not be going to this location anymore ��������
My daughter played ball all day yesterday & we got to our hotel late last night which happens to be 300 feet from the Zaxbys. I go get food & our fries were burnt crispy & black and my boneless wings with hot honey mustard had 0 sauce on them. Not even a little sauce, but 0! Don't waste your time folks!
How could you guys be out of chicken tenders? Lol.

If I could give no stars I would. 30 mins in line at the drive thru for 2 meals is bs. Never coming back
Always clean, excellent customer service, and great food that is always fresh.
